It looks fine to me. You might try using your own CSS (as Karsten does) if you wish to customize it.

The text body font size should be the same as the heirarchy.

New As near as I can tell...
...admin is doing very minimal tweaking to the font sizes:

   body { font-size: 100%; font-family: verdana; }\n   td { font-size: 90%; font-family: verdana; }\n   h4 { font-size: 80%; font-weight: bold; }\n

It may be the 90% factor that you are seeing?

Perhaps - it's enough to force my fonts into the non-AA zone where they look horrible. This only became an issue after upgrading to IE6, most likely because it seems more standards-based in regard to rendering. With IE5.5, the heirarchy and the body text were identical.
