Just finished watching The American Experience on PBS. The topic was President Jimmy Carter. Following the show, Gwen Eifel had a show titled "A Conversation with the Carters". Interviewed Rosalyn and Jimmy about their experiences and solicited comments on today's "challenges" from the President.

Working for Carter's campaign in Southern California was my very first job. As I watched both shows I couldn't help thinking, "How far we have fallen. From President Carter and Rosalyn to Dub and Thelma Liz (or whatever her name is)."
