New Dell service skillful - does the job - - it's just . .
. . that the job they're expected to do is not the job you need done. Their job is to make sure the customer doesn't call back.

Big article in CRN (formerly Computer Reseller News) a month ago dealt with the problem. Modest size businesses now just ignore the Dell warranty and have a local service outfit fix systems. It costs a lot less than the downtime and phone time wasted dealing with Dell service.
