Enough explosives (even regular ones) could blow a good hole. Maybe they wouldn't kill thousands, like the plane rammers, but it could kill hundreds.

The Predator is very sophicated but then again we generally expect to get them back and we (again, generally) use them for Surveillance not as a Weapons Delivery System. I can imagine a Junkyard Wars episode -- build a WDS capabile of carrying 100lbs 3 miles at a high of 50 ft. Hell, electronics wouldn't even be required as an ordinary cam/timer could handle the controls. ;-)
