New Minor(?) tweak on twiki protocol WeeCode
The current twiki protocol WeeCode defaults to the Main web. It would be nice if it handled the other webs. ie:
[twiki://InterWikis] becomes
<a href="http://twiki.iwethey.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/InterWikis">InterWikis</a>

[twiki://TWiki/InterWikis] becomes
<a href="http://twiki.iwethey.org/twiki/bin/view/TWiki/InterWikis">InterWikis</a>
