Usually laws with either "Freedom" and/or "Security" in their name have nothing to do with either.

Just how is this supposed to be enforced? Not to be cynical or anything, but isn't this just imposing our own country's rules on other countries, for good or bad?

I mean, it sounds good but I'm not sure it'll fly.
