New For that kind of money you should take her yourself
Get a nice vacation and do some quality bonding.

You can have a really good time in London or Paris during a week for about 1/4 the money. Especially if you plan ahead and book into hostiles or cheap housing. Also, people do home swapping. Trade lives for a month, etc.

Lots of places let you rent apts by the week for much less than hotel rates. If you want to do Paris, email me and I'll point you to a lot of resources.
I am out of the country for the duration of the Bush administration.
Please leave a message and I'll get back to you when democracy returns.

New I dunno what kind of experiences you guys have had...
...with hostels, but judging from your spelling them "hostiles" they can't have been too positive, I take it? :-)

New well I dont allways mix well with the granola crowd.
Having stayed at many and help run a crashpad and freestore I find the organized hostiles a little totilitarian. Rather find out where the wino's rent rooms and crash there.
