Search on the Merovingian dynasty to get some idea how common this thing is among fringe types. AFAIK, nobody has any real idea where this came from. It was just one of those weird cult ideas that has hung onto the edges of the Catholic church for centuries. Jay

End of world rescheduled for day after tomorrow. Something should probably be done. Please advise.

The first page was interesting, but the second page triggered my BS detector and when I saw a referece to work by one Barbara Theiring, it pinned. I'm afraid Ms Theiring has a [link\|http://www.answersingenesis.org/docs/448.asp\|distinct reputation]. That's not to say the whole thing is wrong, tempting though that may be, but I'm inclined to suspect they've found a few curious "maybes" and rather jumped to conclusions. Wade. "Ah.
