New I feel like an idiot but..
Walk me through the registering/signing on/editing process again, please?

I'd like to do some write-up on OS X.

New Go to the page and click "Edit" at the bottom
But first, go [link|http://twiki.iwethey.org/twiki/bin/view/TWiki/TWikiRegistration|here] to register. Once you're registered, just click the "Edit" link at the bottom of any page. That's it.

And if you want to create a new page, put the name in to the "Go to" box at the top of the page, or put it in for the URL. If you try to go to a page that doesn't exist, it will ask if you want to create it.

There will be links on the edit page that will take you to tutorials on [link|http://twiki.iwethey.org/twiki/bin/view/TWiki/GoodStyle|TWikiStyle].

New Thanks...easier than I thought
I'm off to add some OS X info....

New I would but
I am still trying to get the hang of Twiki. It is confusing and hard to navigate so far. I haven't learned how to create new topics, and I cannot seem to find a link to do so. All I was able to do was edit my "home page" or whatever page was linked to my name. I could not figure out how to "lock" my "home page" from other users.

Nice program, most likely has a tutorial somewhere if I can find the link for it.

Looks like you already got a head start on the Unix page. Good work.

New Once it's editable again ...
I could not figure out how to "lock" my "home page" from other users.
There's a couple of lines on there that read:
Optionally write protect your home page: (set it to your WikiName)
Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE =
Just do what it says. When you're done the second line should read:
Set ALLOWTOPICCHANGE = NormanKing
And to create a new page, at the top of each page there is a text field that says "Go" next to it. Type in the WikiWord for the new topic and hit [Enter]. The page that comes up will say that the topic doesn't exist and ask if you want to create it. Follow the directions.
