Why doesn't the default font "stick" between logins? Can't you put that in a cookie?

If you are logged in, it will use your font. All user preferences are stored in the database, and not in a cookie.

If it isn't saving your choice after you use "Edit Preferences" then that is a bug.

New Sorry, I was unclear
I mean, when I am not logged in, why does the font revert to Verdana? When I 1st visit the page, I'm not logged in.

New It's built to use cookies as little as possible. Log in.

... you're not logged in. :-)

The cookie it does use is only used as a fallback when Basic Auth doesn't work properly (which for some reason with Zope is most of the time). I'd prefer not to have any cookies as all; as Christian said, I'm keeping their use as minimal as possible.
