Dub's a Republican. And Republicans aren't responsible for anything. Er, well, okay, if a Republican is in the White House and a Democrat follows him, raises taxes on the wealthy, then enjoys an economic boom, well, then, of course the Republican who preceded the Democrat is responsible, really, for the boom that took place after he left office.
What never ceases to amaze me is that the Republican Party, THE party of "Personal Responsibility" never seems to want to take any themselves.
