Black-Owned Banks

There are fewer than two dozen Black-owned banks in this country, and even the largest ones manage just a few hundred million dollars. As Black Lives Matter protests continue, some Americans are trying to move their money into Black-owned banks. What could that capital do?

IIRC mentioned were, 2? 3? million "black-owned businesses" extant; unclear whether the '40%' applies to ∑ or referred to banks; I think the former.
But PBS doesn't make things up (though they're stuck with being members of a deranged species too, etc.)
