Here's the deal. About 2 months ago the wife came home and handed me a rib roast and told me to cut it into steaks. This was not the best idea.
So I have two on the bone which I will do a cross cut shoulder recipe because I couldn't possibly cut them into single steaks, but now I've got three of them that I can't cut any further. I recall your rib roast recipe and I am so sad that I didn't apply it to the entire thing. What can I do with the remaining three? Do I do your rib roast recipe or is there a better way since there are only three of them?
