The Dismal [non-]-Science but this time, I all Ears: a fascinationg, compact overview of the Whys of everything from and about The Scams we See but cannot nail-jello-to-a wall to see some way of Reorganizing the entire Vulture-Capitalismo,like:

The absurd prices to get to Read Papers actually funded by taxpayers; the fallacies re GNP- as to the (actual-Worth) of a Teacher -vs- the way 'Value'/esp, Social-value is perverted within all the current rules; the pricing of Medicine (ditto on the 3x we pay via truly-screwy rulexz about this flavor of Corp triple-dipping ... etc. Just this summary brings much clarity about setting priorities in the long-overdue complete makeover of the dis-US's fucked-ideas re [see book title], IMO.

(Wonder how long podcast URLs stay active--even just re. PBS-stuff) ... I'd like to refer to the maestra of this epistle, should Change ever be in the offing, actually--which means: No Repos at the helm of Anything or, Don't Bother pretty-little-head

In brief: a lot packed into maybe 20 min of dialogue especially on THIS [despised topic among most literate humans..] Her dialogue reminds of a long-ago book, ~~ "The Place of Value in a World of Things"--maybe early-sixties? ie Nothing ever is New; forgetfulness-Rulez (The Shadow Knows..).
