RCA's vinyl videodisc

I imagine some of us have heard of CED - RCA's failed videodisc format that was basically a vinyl disc with a really tiny groove.

Long story short: it was an interesting piece of tech but it had all sorts of problems plus it was way way way too late to market. And it helped sink RCA.
