Set aside that such a system here is commonly referred to as "Socialism", "Communism" or "Violates Our Freedom™" and consider only that such a system would require taxing the people who have the most money at a rate as regressive as their tax rate was under Saint Ronald Reagan: 75% instead of the substantially more just 37% of today. After all, in the US the top 1% in 1979 received only 7.4% of all after tax income, today they receive the vastly more fair share of 12.6% (they are "the job creators™" donchaknow). In the States, that's what we refer to as "an equitable system of wealth distribution." You introduce something like an NHS and you'll screw that up completely.
