On moving climate + other researchers to Kansas, why not dorothy?

We have a tremendous loss of talent because offices are sitting in DC and nobody in their right mind wants to live and work in that hellhole (sorry nother) that is why you have senior hacks that are HB1 contractors from India and clueless bureaucrats because anyone smarter than a drumpf sandwich doesnt want to deal with the traffic, cost of housing and other miasmas.

So why not move the USDA "Us Department Of Agriculture" to a place where they actually HAVE some fucking agriculture?
