so the re-org takes place
needed to be done in my opinion, firemen don't have time to plan.
prior to re-org I was asked if I liked managing my folks doing management paperwork etc.
Like an idiot I said sure, I like my current job.
So I have a full time job, a group that did some of the repetitive work was dissolved and the people working in that group was moved back into the OS teams. The leader role a full time position was eliminated and I got half of the full time work and the $MS group got the other. After a brief look "THE HORROR 6 HRS A DAY OF EXCEL MASTURBATION" shows up on my desk. I think I will spend the next 3 weeks re-orging the re-org.
