Really good so far. Packed in a ton of back story exposition without feeling heavy-handed. Introduced the characters, with a nice sense of the relationships. Dr. Smith was only introduced in the last scene, but I really like where they've taken the character.
The effects were well done, and the technology only requires suspension of disbelief for one element, but it's (so far) handled with a light touch.
Overall, I'm looking forward to the rest of the series. It's the right length for my morning workout, too, so I won't be bingeing it.
