We've all seen the parking assist commercials where the car handles parallel parking. What about nose-in parking? Pull up behind the space, get out, and let the car pull itself in.

This would require a row dedicated to self-parking cars. If you have the one regular car with 3 inches of clearance on each side you wouldn't be too happy. This is coming, though. Twenty years from now this will probably be standard on all cars.
