It's not exactly clear, but I think (in the USA) only the Prius Prime has Li-Ion batteries.

The Prius Prime is the plug-in hybrid (that I think they have stopped making as a result of slow sales).

The rest of the US Priuses used NiMH batteries. But that may have changed in the last year or so - dunno.

The Kia Niro hybrid uses Li-Ion batteries (1.56 kWh).
