Well, (or maybe not. so. much.) ... Phase 0 galvanized one of the Larger crap-shoots in history, making fascinating reading for those of us hooked on F=MA, n! and a few other simpler formulae
(and stoked the Writers all the way to--> the Smart Interstellar Bomb)
Who'd a THUNK? that, someday ~3/4 of a Century later: a complete cretin just might bypass all the Reasonableness Circuits ... because someone failed to adore his Orangeness.

And Mulvaney is slated by that same Orange guy to dismantle the One/Only agency allegedly to protect us all from the creative-obfuscations of the %Bankster-criminals ...
