New Shpongle - Codex VI
Get it bought.

Not you, Ashton. You'll hate it. It's made entirely out of pixels and bits.
New I didn't hear any banjo.
bcnu,
Mikem

It's mourning in America again.
New Can't see how that would have helped.
New Yep, made a calendar entry for it.
Titled "Shpongle". Then promptly forgot why I made the entry. Then was completely mystified as to why I told myself to Shpongle last week. Then was reminded by another Shpongle-head in the office that the new album was out.

Note to self: notes.
Regards,
-scott
Welcome to Rivendell, Mr. Anderson.
New Even the flute is artificial? Impressive
And I just love that pure-digital music is being released on vinyl.

New No, that's Raja Ram
Simon Posford plays Spanish guitar as well. I suspect Peter is just tweaking.

Welcome to Rivendell, Mr. Anderson.
New but then "Organic Vibrations" does seem free of transistorized guitars
and a lot like a raga (and in places like a Didgeri-doo (sp) maybe up a couple octaves?) With the Taiko-like drumming also evading the One-of-the-four STD R&R patterns..
What's not to like?

But yes, the visuals might bring-back a one's bad acid trip (and I still like Cruising for Burgers in Daddy's New Car. But only occasionally.)
