It was probably such calls that made us get off Skype.
We now use Slack and BlueJeans.
Which is a shame on one level because Skype does adaptive VoIP the best. By far. Both Slack and BlueJeans are okay if the connection is consistent, but any sudden lag and they stumble. Skype never did that. (BlueJeans also likes more bandwidth than is common in Australia, too.)
