Someone is convicted and goes to jail for changing votes. As far as I know, that doesn't invalidate the result or the inauguration. Or does it? -- Drew

If things are found afterwards, there's nothing in the law (AFAIK) that handles that. The EC and the Certification by the House are supposed to protect us. They didn't. Cheers, Scott.
