(A sad realization, as he reminds of the direct relationship between Use of Power Point™ and the deaths of the Challenger astronauts.)
Refines his previous observations as he tells us how he uses his time, while disparaging--with examples--the often ineffectuality of [medical] Dr./Patient interactions and How, simply to greatly improve same by: handing the Dr. a written set of questions, saying "read this" ... before any verbal dance commences. [!! Who Knew?]
