Would it be a swypo? For just plain mis-spelled, maybe. But when something is auto-corrected to the wrong word, we need a new term for that.
What should we call a "typo" when it wasn't typed?

Drumpfed?
After all.. the inimitably-loathsome-One already gets inserted into many sentences which formerly employed ... the all-purpose Clusterfuck cognomen, right? Carrion, ,,coming to your supermarket to supplant Soylent Yellow-belly snacks. |

You know what "typo" is short for, don't you?
It's short for "typographical error", although that's not completely correct either. So it works for mis-swiped words. Mis-corrected words, though... they're not really a typographical error or a lexical error but a dictionary lookup error. (Yes, I've been watching linguistics videos on Youtube again.) Wade. |

Please don't link to any of them

Yeah - dictionaries are descriptive, not prescriptive.
I've known for years they're almost always intended to describe how people use the language, not how they _should_ use the language. :-) Interestingly, one of the early Merriam-Webster dictionaries was intended to be prescriptive! The correct term is of course "autoincorrect", but that's a little too long and cumbersome.

I like that. But shortened to "ainc"

Yes, good word but too long to be catchy

"Autotypo" would be shorter.
I've had my share with iMessages. Alex "There is a cult of ignorance in the United States, and there has always been. The strain of anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that "my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge." -- Isaac Asimov |

Hmm, better
