That's what I saw, and thought, "£2 per square metre couldn't be that much." But the tower is 70m high, x 4 sides gives 280. It looks like the cladding covers roughly 10% of the window rows, and roughly 90% on the rest (eyeballing the "before" pictures). Yeah, 2,500 m^2 looks about right.
He also said Omnis had been asked to supply Reynobond PE cladding, which is £2 cheaper per square metre than the alternative Reynobond FR, which stands for “fire resistant” to the companies that worked on refurbishing Grenfell Tower.
