And then it wanted to update and reboot. Please enter pass. Again and again. Until I had one try left until lockout. Took a shower, relaxed, and thought of one final pass to try. Access granted. Phew.

Is there a way to get the thing reset? I don't know enough about phones to replace the passwords like I would on a pc. It seems there should be a way; throwing away an expensive piece of hardware because of typing/memory glitches seems extreme. "Religion, n.
