This is on my 6S+:

Raise-to-wake is great. The new lockscreen is great.

Notifications are good. The torch now has three levels of brightness.

The Health app has been comprehensively bollocksed.

Messages is funner. Overall performance seems a bit better.

Lightroom now shoots DNG - I expect this capability to extend to Camera+ in the fullness of time.

Lots of little improvements all over. You can delete preinstalled apps, which is nice.

New But, they briefly fooled me on free storage size.
I noted an increase in the quoted free storage after the install. But, reading a review I found out they had switched from the power of 2 gigabyte (i.e. 2^30) to the decimal gigabyte, i.e. 10^9. Oh well, the disk manufacturers have been doing that to us almost forever.

iOS 10 is a bit larger than prior versions.
