I had a bunch of green tomatoes left. Southern Fried Green Tomatoes didn't attract me so much, so I made an Indian Sabji (a vegetable dish, usually vegetarian). I selected a recipe, and expected it to be a side dish, but no, it's definitely a main dish. It has very little chili heat, but the spicing is WOW! Delish - but Definitely not a dish for the timid of taste.

I have enough green tomatoes left to do another recipe, which I'll do tonight. I can identify this one as being from southern India due to its use of Curry Leaves. My two curry leaf trees are now big enough (6 feet) they can donate a few leaves now and then. Unfortunately, curry leaf trees grow very slowly.
