Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Anyone use Google Photos?
I've got photos in my account from multiple devices. The camera is embedded as one of the info fields. Is there a way to select/view only photos from a particular camera?

New Picasa 3 can't do that.
I'd be surprised if Photos can.

Here's a python script for sorting on Exif info - maybe it can be easily hacked to also sort on the camera. You'd probably have to download your photos, sort them, then upload them again though.

HTH a little.

Cheers,
Scott.
New Lightroom can do that.
It can filter on literally any metadata or photo property.

Not that that's any help right now, of course, but just sayin'.
New WINNER!
Search by #nikon got it. Thanks!

New :-/
I was so concentrated on looking for an Exif related search modifier with a syntax similar to what they use for GMail, I completely missed those last two # examples...
New Well, it's not all sunshine and puppies yet
The reason I was looking is I accidentally backed up a bunch of my wife's photos to my account. Now that I can identify them, I still need to download them all and re-upload them, which is going to be tedious. Multiplied by that I-already-did-this-once factor.

New You may want to test this first...
http://www.picbackman.com/tips-tricks/how-to-move-photos-between-two-google-photos-accounts/

Basically, share the photos with the other account, then delete the link after the second account has accessed the photos.
New Nifty, will try
