On the 10 upgrade, let me let out a giant (sigh).
I still haven't fully transferred from my Win7 work laptop to the 8.1 laptop I got months ago. My "IT Staff" on the other side of my head has been distracted by too many other things going on. Even remembering/figuring out how to login on the new machine is a challenge ("which of these 4 smart card login choices that look exactly the same do I use again? Why can't I figure out how to login as admin to install stuff?"). Our single real IT guy is usually swamped with other things, so we usually need to try to figure things out on our own before bugging him.
It seems like as I get older I find it more difficult to multitask this stuff, also too. Or maybe there's just too much "hurry up and wait" stuff going on anymore. Or maybe both. ;-)
It looks like I've got until July 28 for the 10 "upgrade". I'll probably start with a non-critical home machine in early July before doing my work machines...
