Maybe we should just give Texas back to Mexico in trade for Baja, and have Trump build a wall. They already have a sort of "concealed carry" in Mexico. We could give Florida to Cuba, I suppose, in exchange for reduced pricing on cigars. A little Communism would do those folks some good.
