OS/2 is going back into production.
Software developer Arca Noae has concluded an agreement with IBM that authorizes them to produce a full implementation of OS/2 with new drivers for modern computing equipment.
Arca Noae has extensive experience producing new OS/2 drivers, but, until now, did not have permission to produce a full OS/2 implementation.
The project is currently code named "Blue Lion", but that is not expected to be the final release name.
