question about Planned Parenthood salaries

I know there was much gnashing of teeth of the salary of the Planned Parenthood CEO being north of 500k. So the CEO of anthem whose business model is also providing health care is

Because the base they pander to doesn't give a shit about how much a CEO makes. After all, they think that one day they will be the CEO of a big corporation and get all of the perks and bennies.
