Where in the heck has former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush been for the last two years?

He hasn’t been living in a cave, but he admits he’s “culturally illiterate” after just finding out what “Sharknado” is — even though the third incarnation of the ridiculous movie has been released.

His supporters have to be thinking “oh, hell no.”

His campaign put out a video on Friday where Bush seemed baffled while talking about it from the front seat of a car.

“Sharks coming out of the sky. People are getting killed. The White House is being collapsed. The Washington Monument is going down,” Bush said. “And lo and behold, Mark Cuban is president of the United States.”

He goes on to say that it’s “the strangest show I’ve ever seen.”

“Please help me, give me some information on this, what’s going on?” Bush said. “I’m culturally illiterate apparently.”
