1/2 small red cabbage chopped small
1 peeled and cored apple diced
1/4 cup carrot matchsticks
1/8 cup crushed walnuts
1/4 cup mixed dried berries I used http://www.antioxidant-fruits.com/stoneridge-orchards-berrymix.html
3 teaspoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1 table spoon lemon juice
1 large forkful of mayonnaise
mix all fruits and vegetables
mix in the salt and sugar evenly with the fruits and vegetables
add the vinegar and lemon juice stir in to dampen all items, adjust to taste
fork in the mayonnaise so every piece has a little.
refrigerate for 4 hours so the favors can blend.
