New I had already planned to modify this page slghtly . . .
. . and put it my Ukrainian section, as I am aware it is popular there. Two of my Ukrainian cookbooks have the exact same recipe with the same description for how it is made. One calls it Mamalyga, the other calls it Kulesha.
