Talk aboutcher Final Exam on every level of F=MA..
This must compare, in the calculations and applied-math, to the comet landing.. Cost $1.2B; construction cost was $0.5B. Because an asshole wanted to show off.

Any engineering student should have been fascinated, seeing how simple-physics manifested in myriad ways, and how every step was so accurately (obviously enough..) planned. And then executed sans clusterfucks, except for the loss of a diver. Then a crew had to create all the monitoring, control interfaces and ... displays, involving hydraulics, huge water and air pumps: all vetted quite better than any Windoze release: for just one "job".

Anyone else see it?
