Biology is not simple.
We've spent countless decades gradually teaching ourselves that life is simple, straightforward and clean. It ain't. It is nothing even approaching that. Life exists at multiple levels and if it didn't, *we* could not exist. And it's not just biology. Material science changes at the microscopic level, too. Wade.
