Global currency exchange rates are controlled by the Neo-Fascist Capitalist Western nations. But ask yourself this question: if currency exchange rates have anything to do with reality, why is the world's leading debtor nation's currency so strong?

Why is the dollar so strong? Because the world economy is weak and there are too many people with money who are too afraid that some bank somewhere is going to implode due to all the bad debt they're still carrying.
Sure, currency markets are rife with speculators. But the costs are real for Putin and his cronies. (And the rest of the Russian population, unfortunately.)
