Personal box, no vpn is slow, many pages time out all the time. Start seeing a cableone banner occasionally where I dont expect it. Turn on some debugging in tcpdump. Fuckers are fingering my line big time. Download the tor browser, funny my speeds are great, unfortunately google news shows up in a different language all the time but the speed is back.
