(I operate upon the principle that, you Are 'responsible' for what you Know-(pretty-much..)
I Know it's easier to toss the wettish-bag in Land-fill mix. (Know also: am lazy..)

Takes little time/1 drop detergent, put inside-out bag on porch to dry et Viola! re-USE-able.
IF.. some %huge of the 8 billions infesting this dirty overcrowded-hive were to do likewise?
We'd have very-much less to be bitchin about enddd-lessly, I wot.
