You've got an IPv6 address listed (along with an IPv4 address) as your Default Gateway. I'm not sure why that's the case (IPv6 is enabled for me, but everything is set to Automatic - I have no specific numbers entered in any of the IPv6 GUI fields. AFAIK, only IPv4 addresses are used for all I do.).

You mentioned you're running AVG. Apparently there can be some weird interactions between AVG and Win7 - http://forums.avg.com/us-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=234149 I don't know if that will point to a solution for your case, but it might turn on a light-bulb.

Are you able to connect if you disable AVG? Maybe you need to uninstall it and reinstall it, or try another vendor. (I use Symantec, but I get it free from work.)
