No, I haven't compared it to a Retina. I know people have said this after every major advance in TV technology, but looking at my phone I really wonder how much better it could get. Other than it sucks in bright sunlight. -- Drew

Post #391,451 by drook 7/3/14 7:10:11 PM Reply	No, you're right Kindles were fine in bright light, but they were never as pretty to read as a real book or a color tablet (indoors). When they get color e-ink on a paperwhite, that will be spectacular. -- Drew
