New Externalities
The people making more (or less) money with various sources of power aren't the same people spending more (or less) for healthcare. Unless they are, and some people call that socialism.

But, have you seen the TV ads that tell you to "tell Washington" you don't want to have to pay more for energy? Paid by folks that make money by polluting or selling products to those that do. Including us, of course.

I guess we should have kept the lead additives in gasoline.
