TWiki updates

We've got [link|http://twiki.iwethey.org/twiki/bin/view/Plugins/WebHome|plugins].

Well, I have control over the TWiki filesystem tree (BWAHAHAHA!!). Added plugins. Made some tweaks. Authentication doesn't work, but at least the ~~abandon all hope~~ entry link from the front page works. And I added some plugins. Admin needed to update vhosts file.

Plugins were added.

Did I mention I added plugins? Smilies (emoticons, for the SleazyBoard crowd), TreeView, which rocks (if you remember to identify nodes' parents), TablePlugin (adds some slickness to tables), UpdateInfo, which is sort of a weak version of the LRPD -- 'new' or 'updated' tags that last five days.
