Some really good moments so far, but Skylar annoys the shit out of me. She's walking a fine line between "annoying portrayal of a poorly-written secondary character" and "decent portrayal of a really annoying person". I mean, that whole"talking pillow" bit ... it almost veered into sitcom territory. And the brother-in-law is a cardboard cutout. I'm looking forward to Jesse's transformation. He's got to stop being a pussy eventually, right? -- Drew
Post #388,047 by Silverlock 3/30/14 8:27:54 AM Reply	I've seen the whole thing As far as I remember, it seemed that Jesse became less of a pussy in about the same proportion that Walter becomes more evil. I think this is the best tv series I've ever seen. Fantastic writing, tight and engrossing plots, entirely believable characters (mostly, I agree about the bro-in-law till the last couple seasons) with each season getting better. They take a few liberties with the validity of the science but not much. Mythbusters did an episode on that aspect and had a lot of fun disproving some stuff. I don't remember what bit came from what season, so I would suggest not watching that till you finish with BB. I think the single most compelling piece of evidence for global warming is that Fox News viewers think it's a hoax.
