This is from today's photo session - a result of on-line dating - I cut it from a photo I posted in my profile.

I just got tired of snide comments about how long ago my photos must have been taken. "Wow, from your pictures you sure look in good shape for a guy that's 70".

Ok, so they were a few years old - but not that many years. Nonetheless, I called in my assistant, T, this evening to take new ones.

T: "why bother - you look exactly the same as in those photos - just tell them they're current".

But, I don't work that way, so we took new ones - I date stamped them with today's date just to be clear. I posted a couple of them. An example:

But this won't help any. Why? Because every single woman in my age group wants one thing and only that one thing.

They want a man who has oodles of leisure time, and enough money to travel the world with them, and escort them from one fancy restaurant to the next, wherever in the world they might be.

I know this, because I've paid for enough lunch meetings that boiled down to an interrogation on my travel plans, after which the lady stormed out because I'd wasted her time.

Of course, they aren't getting what they want, and never will. Men who meet their spec can easily get women 20, 30 years younger - and do.

If I had the leisure time, I'd start looking for chicks 20 to 30 year younger (as I was recently advised to do by an elderly lady friend).

Women are really attracted to murderers.

How many lady lawyers have ended up falling in love with their clients, springing them out and running off with them? Ok, so just a few of those.

How many women have insisted on marrying guys on death row who they'd never actually met? Happens fairly often.

How many women do we read about in the newspapers, killed or beaten senseless because they choose to be with violent men? Happens every day.

Now, if I could just set up as a vampire who sucks women dry, then they'd be crawling all over me!
